Our methodology is a three-step development program based on the work of Geert Hofstede and Erin Meyer, focusing on the development of communication and interpersonal skills. Our diagnostic tool enables the exploration of the cultural relationship system of the entire team.

Our Story and Mission

Three passionate travelers, three professionals committed to cultures – this is how our story begins.

All three of us come from Hungarian parents, but we’ve gained defining experiences in several countries.

Zita started her journey in the northeastern part of Hungary, in Nyíregyháza, then founded a family and built her career in Germany. She works with clients and companies in both Hungary and Germany, with her life currently centered around Budapest and the Lake Balaton area.

Anna set out from the northeastern outskirts of Budapest. After longer adventures in French and Italian-speaking regions, she now lives in Austria with her foreign spouse, working with Austrian and Hungarian partners.

Rob was born in Amsterdam to Hungarian parents and spent the first half of his life in the Netherlands, then founded a family in Budapest with his Hungarian wife.

The majority of our work experience was gained abroad, and a multicultural, diverse environment has become an integral part of our lives. We have firsthand experience with the challenges and joys of living between cultures, which allows us to support teams from different cultural backgrounds authentically and empathetically.

Anna supported the development of colleagues and leaders from all over the world as part of the HR department of an American multinational company and as a staff member of a large Italian corporation. Zita gained her professional and executive experience in international companies in Germany and Hungary. Rob led numerous international training programs at multinational companies, working with high-level clients in leadership roles, gaining experience in Dutch, Hungarian, Eastern European, African, and Middle Eastern cultures.
